So, what’s different about working out at Rozzie Fitness?
First is the community.
Our members like each other, and that makes working out fun. People want to exercise here so they can hang out with their friends.
Second is our philosophy of meeting members where they are.
We view personal training as a collaboration between you and us. We design workouts with your goals in mind, and we check in regularly to see if there’s anything you want to change about your program.
And third is the basic stuff.
We write your exercise programs, so you know the exercises you’re doing are effective. We check your form, so you know you’re doing everything safely. And we reach out when you don’t come in, so you feel accountable to your workouts.
